This partner app Workflow forwards submissions requests to T-Mobile’s settlement provider who will help you with an Approval Process.

As a first step please start with the Sign up flow. Once you complete the sign up request, We will be forwarding an Activation request to Ameriband (T-Mobile’s Settlement Provider). Once we Identify a T-Mobile account rep for your account, we will be setting up a call to review your request. The T-Mobile Account rep will review your eligibility for Passpoint functionality. Incase you have an active relationship with a T-Mobile account rep, it would be useful to initiate a discussion regarding your eligibility for “Passpoint” functionality.

Once T-Mobile can confirm that your Cisco Spaces tenant is approved, we’ll share the credentials you need to activate the app.
